The friendliness, efficiency and enthusiasm of the reception staff were exceptional and need special mention. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Right from our arrival our needs were important to them and we were treated like old and special friends.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Mimi. They allowed us to extend our check out time. The location of the hotel was so central and easily accessible. Our chalet was very private and cosy and had everything we needed. The view from the patio was just phenomenal. The sunrise and birdlife were mesmerising. We will definitely be back another time.

Fantastic location - especially if you love staying on the water's edge. Wonderful sunsets. Very peaceful atmosphere. Room and bathroom was clean and neat. Table and chairs outside on little stoep to enjoy the view - sublime. Restaurant staff very professional and helpful - special callout to Petrus - what a gem! Loved their cocktails which are unique to them! Safe parking behind gate. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommended for a one night stop over!

I love everything,been coming here for nearly 20 years and I've never been dissapointed,the Riviera Hotel and Chalets is one of the few places that offers fun for the whole family,there's something for everyone.

The friendly staff is certainly a plus, and I especially appreciated the warm-heartedness and professional conduct of Jade at reception, when she booked me in. Being my first time there, she showed me where the restaurant facillities were, and I could even have a look at the menu and decide long in advance, what I will be having for dinner.
